Privacy Policy

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, emissaries are required to post the site’s terms and conditions, privacy policy, and rules and regulations for use and access. This mainly pertains to Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 and the Information Technology (Sensitive Personal Data and Information) Rules, 2011.

Why this policy is executed?

We, at VidyaJEE, strive to protect the privacy of users. We have developed this policy to identify the personal information we may collect, to explain how you can access that information. It is non-personal information like

  • IP address, linked to the site 
  • Name of internet domain
  • The content you accessed of our site
  • Date and pages

This is all to monitor the site and product effectiveness. If we need some extra information, we notify you through emails, phone calls or SMS. The whole purpose is to collect the data and identify what exactly you are looking for and identify your needs and allow us to fulfill your requirements.

These terms and conditions let you outline the rules and regulations for using this website. While assuming these websites we assume you accept these terms and conditions. If you are not agreeing with the terms and conditions, we recommend you don’t continue on the page. For a better understanding of content, we have classified separate terms for teachers and students/parents.

Teachers

  1. You grant VidyaJEE access to your profile in order to send SMS and alerts, as you create your profile. 
  2. If you don’t want these alerts you can unsubscribe from my account section.
  3. Teachers have to submit some documents for legality including a copy of the Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, Etc) Two Coloured Passport Size Photographs, and Last Obtained Educational Qualification, if any. 
  4. A fraud or illegal act is considered a punishable offense by the government rules.
  5. A professional attitude is expected, i.e. punctuality and appropriate behavior.

Students/Parents

  1. To meet the unique academic needs of your child, we facilitate you with the best-recognized tutors.
  2. We provide you a tutor who can undertake any examination of your child and treat them with dignity.
  3. The final decision regarding the tutor will be made by you and your child.
  4. If any proof of identity is needed, you can ask for it. Document verification is not guaranteed by us.
  5. VidyaJEE does not guarantee your child’s progress, it’s two-way communication.
  6. If you don’t agree to the terms, you may NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. 

Refund Policy 

Ensure you understand the benefits of our membership packages before you purchase one. Once a purchase has been made, the payment cannot be refunded. It is better to clear all the terms before. If you want to continue with the plans, please clarify your questions and doubts before.
